Welcoming Chantal, co-founder of Ombú Bcn Specialty Coffee, was much more than opening the doors of our farm it was opening the heart of our project. Chantal embodies the spirit of specialty coffee in Europe, the kind of female leadership that inspires, and the conviction that coffee must be authentic, sustainable, and deeply human.

Her visit reminded us that quality is not measured only in sensory profiles, but also in the trust we cultivate with those who believe in us. Every conversation, every cupping session, and every reflection strengthen the purpose that unites us: letting coffee speak for itself and tell the stories of those who make it possible.

In Ombú and in Primitivo we have found the same language: one of community, excellence, and passion for what we do. That is why, beyond a commercial relationship, what we are building is a solid friendship one capable of lasting over time and traveling as far as our coffee does.
