PRIMITIVO 48H WASHED

DESCRIPTION

A carefully designed process that blends the tradition of our Primitivo washing method with a controlled 48-hour fermentation. The result is a classic and balanced coffee that enhances the most delicate flavors, preserving the essence of its origin with subtle elegance and a clean cup.

Fragrance and Aroma

It presents a sweet fragrance with notes in the caramel, soft vanilla, and ripe red fruit categories. In the cup, it reveals hints of smooth cocoa and a medium, bright, and balanced citrus acidity.

Creamy medium body with a sweet, fragrant, and lingering aftertaste that reflects the elegance of Primitivo’s traditional washed coffees.

FERMENTATION

The process combines the tradition of our Primitivo washing method with fermentation in sealed vats without oxygen. The absence of oxygen favors the development of delicate notes of butter and vanilla, as well as flavors of ripe red and purple fruits.
