DESCRIPTION

A carefully designed process that blends the tradition of our Primitivo washing method with a controlled 48-hour fermentation. The result is a classic and balanced coffee that enhances the most delicate flavors, preserving the essence of its origin with subtle elegance and a clean cup.

Fragrance and Aroma

Butter, vanilla, ripe red fruits, chocolate and dulce de leche.

FERMENTATION

The process combines the tradition of our Primitivo washing method with fermentation in sealed vats without oxygen. The absence of oxygen favors the development of delicate notes of butter and vanilla, as well as flavors of ripe red and purple fruits.
